LionHeart TV Network is operated by LionHeart Generation Ministries, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. This policy covers the website at lionhearttv.network and the LionHeart TV apps for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
The short version: we never ask who you are, and there is no advertising and no tracking anywhere in the site or the apps.
What We Do Not Do
There are no accounts. You never make one, and we never ask for your name, email address or payment details in order to watch. There is no advertising and no advertising network. There are no analytics or tracking services — no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, nothing equivalent. We do not sell, rent or trade information about you.
The Website
Our server keeps ordinary web logs: the IP address a request came from, the page asked for, the time, and the browser’s user-agent. They exist to keep the site running and to defend it from attack, and they are rotated and deleted periodically. We run Wordfence, a security plugin, which uses the same information to block malicious traffic.
Video is delivered by Cloudflare Stream. When a video plays, Cloudflare receives the request and the viewer’s IP address in order to send it. Cloudflare handles that under its own terms.
Giving is handled by Givebutter on their own site. If you give, what you enter is held by Givebutter under their privacy policy, not by us.
The Apple TV App
The Apple TV app collects nothing. No accounts, no notifications, no analytics, no advertising. It asks our servers for listings and video, which involves your IP address as any internet request does, and nothing further.
The iPhone and iPad App
The same, with one addition: notifications. If you allow them, we use OneSignal to deliver them. OneSignal issues a token identifying your device — not you — and records basic technical details such as device model and operating system version so a notification can arrive. It is used only to tell you when a broadcast is live. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings. We never attach your name or email to that token, because we never have them.
Children
The site and the apps are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
